For an Apple Mobile device:
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap Sign in to your [device].
At this point you should see your account listed if you are already signed in. If not:
3. Enter your Apple ID and password.
4. If prompted, enter the six-digit verification code sent to your trusted device or phone number and complete sign in.
Generally you only need to sign in in one place but depending upon which specific feature you are trying to access you may need to do additional signing in. You really need to provide more detail about the issue you are having.
