You Can't. Your iPhone mode (5 or 5s) is obsolete. It does not have the hardware capable of running iOS15. Being not an option, take this as a good reason so upgrade.

Ask the the Developer of this app is they have something that is comparable to your model that will make this work. You'll find their Contact Us info int he app's site of the App Store. Report back what they say.

Buy an iPhone that can run iOS 15 or higher.

Sorry but that is an old iPhone and does not have the hardware needed to update any higher,
