Music on mobile internet

music application do not work on mobile internet, however on wi fi it work perfect. Thank you

I am a member of Apple Music. I know how to download music and listen to it while I have Wi-Fi. I’d like to know how to download music when I am on LTE or 5G network. Can anybody help me? Hello Fraidd,

Thanks for asking about Music on cellular data.

Start with the Music cellular settings: Use cellular data on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

If it's ON currently, turn it OFF. Then restart your iPhone: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

Then go back and turn it back ON. Test.

If it's still not working, please Contact Apple Support to investigate this with you.
