How can I tell if someone is connected to my phone?

My ex and I broke up - she has charged my Apple password how can I reset it - she is the manager in my account now - is what it’s saying I tried to use my Apple ID it says wrong password and then when I went to reset it - they sent her a code that I needed to put in my phone and she refused to give it to me what can I do?

Your Apple ID is compromised, she has changed your password and changed the trusted phone number
