iPad 3 password reset not working on Mac I forgot the password on my iPad 3, . I tried to follow steps using my Mac to reset it, but it won't work. I am not worried about lost data just want to reset and get a new password at this point. I don't think it is actually turning completely off when I use slider button and will never show image of cord when I restart. it just goes back to screen saying iPad is unavailable [Re-Titled by Moderator]
