Is it possible to replace the SSD on my MacBook Pro (late 2012)? 121 GB is not cutting it.

Quick research shows the SSDs in the first Retina Macbook Pros were socketed and therefore upgradeable:

Soldered SSDs did not show up until about the 2016 models and even then a few sub-models still had socketed SSDs until about 2018.

The SSD on your MacBook Pro isn't user replaceable.
