Lost one of my AirPod, and now can’t connect them with find my.

Hi, I lost one of my AirPod in the past (now I don’t know if it was left or right)
and later bought a new one (second hand) from one guy by internet. Everything works perfectly,
pair with case and sound is okay, but I can't connect (add AirPods) to the app FindMy..
Is there some chance to realized it with this “new” airpod which “was’t leave factory together)?
If airpod and case don’t have same serial number?
Thank you very much for help, or at least answer.

Hi chlebinho,

To set up a replacement AirPod, follow Set up your replacement AirPods or charging case. If items are connected to another Apple ID, you can try the steps in If an item or device is connected to another Apple ID.

If neither of these help, you may want to reach back out to the seller for assistance.

Take care.
