I haven’t had Apple Music for awhile, maybe a couple months, due to personal reasons but I just got it back yesterday and ALL of my music/playlists that I’ve put so much time into and had for years are GONE! Usually when I would miss a payment and then pay it again, my music was still there. But not this time. And everything is on the same iCloud and everything is
synced to my iCloud! How do I get my music back?? I need it back now !!!

Yeah had same issue, tech support confirmed they are unrecoverable, they could not confirm how long they keep the playlists until you re-subscribe. Redditers say its about 48h. Who knows ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
There is only a short grace period whereby your library is maintained without a subscription — you now have to start from scratch.
