Key Stroke Scrambler

I am trying to find key stroke scrambler software from a reputable source to install on my iMac. So far I can't find any on the internet. I already have Bitdefender anti-virus and I would prefer to not have to purchase a whole new suite of anti-virus software. I am looking for a single function key stroke scrambler software if such a thing exists for Mac. Any ideas?

What actual real virus do you hope to find on macOS with Bit Defender or any other anti-virus software? The macOS operating system is not Windows, and has been significantly designed to prevent bad stuff from infecting the Mac.

The biggest threat on Macs is the ad/malware that isn't a virus, but baggage on questionable content downloaded from sites that are not the original software vendor site. For that, we would recommend Malwarebytes, not any a/v products that users have reported for years have caused them no end to macOS usage and performance issues.

I am unaware of any keystroke scrambling software, and its usage would likely break every application on the Mac that expects an unscrambled keystroke.

AV software on a Mac is not only not needed, it can and often does cause significant system disruptions. You need to get rid of it all. The same goes for all types of "helper" apps that claim to make your Mac faster, cleaner, safer and etc.
