Sharing activity on Apple fitness app

Hi hope someone out there can help! I have the iPhone 14pro and all of a sudden I’ve lost all the sharing info from my fitness app? I’ve unpaired my watch an repaired it, I’ve removed all my friends but it’s not sending out the invites to re add them. 2 friends invited me and it only came thru my watch, I accepted on my watch an now can see their activity but only on my watch? I’ve turned both watch and fone off an still nothing ? I have no idea what to do …help please !

Hey Kackrin,

Since updates may include fixes, make sure the iPhone and the Apple Watch are up-to-date. If the issue continues, contact Apple Support for further assistance here: Get Support. They will be able to get you into the appropriate department to have this further investigated.

Prior to updating, make sure you have a recent backup for your iPhone. When your iPhone backs up, it also backs up the Apple Watch. We've provides the article below for backing up and updating your devices.
