hello Good day, I bought my iPhone 11 pro max last year 2022, and I have been having issues whenever I am on calls, people complains that my voice always fades away and they wont hear me clearly unless I speak into the bottom microphone

While on a call, maybe inadvertently, you move your hand close to the bottom mic, interfering with your mic activity.

You can also enable nose reduction option in Settings>Accessibility>Audio/Visual. When done, restart your iPhone.
