Is there any way to get my photos back that were deleted when I first got this new iMac? I looked in my cloud not there and is there an email to get someone to help me at apple?

iMac 24″, macOS 14.0

Yes you can copy the Photos Library from the old Mac to a large enough FlashDrive or External Drive and then Import all or part of the photos into the new Mac's Photo App.

Did you migrate from your old Mac or old Mac's Time Machine backup when you first setup the new iMac?

Either way, the Photos may still be on your old Mac or the old Mac's Time Machine backup.
