Hi there tijen49,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you are unable to send iCloud Mail. We can help.

To start, it is unlikely your Apple ID was compromised as long as you didn't provide your credentials to anyone and have two-factor authentication turned on - Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support

If you feel your Apple ID has been compromised, please follow - If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support

In terms of not being able to send iCloud Mail, we have a few steps that can help. Try following these - If iCloud Mail isn't working - Apple Support

We hope this helps.

Cheers!
