if you have a backup on iCloud, when you turn on your new iPhone just log-in to iCloud with the same account (when requested) and the new phone will download everything from the cloud.

In alternative, be sure that Wi-Fi and bluetooth are aneblad on the old iPhone, keep the two phones close together and turn on the new iPhone.

the new iPhone should detect that your old phone is near and ask you if you want to import data from the old Phone
