How to cancel the Lensa AI app if it’s not listed under subscription?

I got the Lensa AI app through the Apple Store today. It has a free trial period. After using it once I realized that it didn’t give me the results I wanted. Now I want to cancel my subscription before my free trial expires so I’m not charged the $49. Unfortunately, when I go to my subscriptions list in settings I can’t find the Lensa AI app listed anywhere. How can I cancel this if it’s not listed?
