FaceTime and iMessage expiry notification

I have ported my number and I got notification from Apple that my FaceTime and iMessage will expire and I need to reinsert sim. I have eSIM so not sure what to do? I have the same number

Hi there curiouspcmac,


Is your eSIM active currently? We ask because you may need to set up your phone number again if you switched carriers or made any changes to your account:



To set up a phone number to use with Messages or FaceTime, you need an active SIM or eSIM associated with that number.
