Settings has 1 notification not synching iCloud says to verify account settings and resync which have done over and over

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 17

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. Check the steps under "If you are repeatedly prompted to enter your Apple ID password on your Mac or iOS device" to see if they help with this issue: If you can't connect or sign in to iCloud - Apple Support


If not, do you use a VPN or other security software? If so, those can block connections so temporarily disable or remove those to see if you're then able to verify your account: Check VPN (Virtual Private Network) and third-party software to help resolve network connectivity issues - Apple Support
