Red Circle Icon using Airplay from Safari to Apple TV, but fine to other airplay devices

Whenever I attempt to airplay a streaming video from safari on my iPhone to my Apple TV, I get a red circle and it prevents the airplay.

It is not a site issue because I'm able to airplay the stream to my LG OLED which has airplay capability.

Has anyone found a solution to this issue, I suspect the Apple TV is blocking me which would be quite infuriating if that's the case.

Which device and software version are you trying to stream from?
Does the video play on that device when you're not using AirPlay? If the video won't play on the device at all, use the steps for your device: If Safari isn't loading websites or quits on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support or If Safari on Mac doesn't open a webpage or isn’t working as expected - Apple Support
Are you able to use AirPlay to play any videos from your Apple TV?
