How to stop accidental activation of flashlight on iPhone
When flashlight is accessible on lock screen, it sometimes gets accidentally activated

Hey dougfromocala,
When you press and hold the Flashlight button on the Lock Screen, it will turn it on. For more details, click here: Turn the flashlight on or off on your iPhone or iPad Pro.
You may be able to keep that from happening by turning off the "Raise to Wake" feature. "Raise to Wake" will automatically show the Lock Screen when the phone is raised to look at it. For mode information, check out this article: Use Raise to Wake on your iPhone. To turn off Raise to wake, go to Settings > Display & Brightness > Raise to Wake.
