It used to be multi coloured on my face, but now it’s all one colour, and when I swipe up it used to show me status of wifi, Bluetooth , option to ping(find) my iPhone, since I upgraded my OS, none of that is there

Are there any steps that you've tried so far? If yes, what steps did you applied on your own? We want to make sure that we don't repeat any steps.
If you haven't yet, try restarting your Apple Watch: Restart Apple Watch - Apple Support
Also, test out multiple Apple Watch faces to make sure it's not happening with one specific face.

This can also be performed via the iPhone "Watch" app.
Restarted my watch, and my iPhone. After that I was able to change to multi colour display, which previously I was not able to do.
