Water just wet my phone and Face ID not working

Water and iPhone are not friends. Water damage can't be repaired. Do NOT try to plug the phone in to charge. Let it dry (NEVER use rice) a day or two, then see if it returns to normal operation. If it doesn't, you're likely looking at having to buy a replacement iPhone.
