Homekit cameras won't enable Stream and Record (Logitech circle view)

I have 2 Logitech Circle View cameras setup & working with Stream & Record for both home & away. Added 2 more same cameras but these 2 keeps returning Settings Error: There was an error updating the setting for this camera. Please try again later.

I have tried later. I tried an hr later & a day later but still no luck. I read somewhere to reset the Apple TVs & that worked for them but no luck for me. I also tried powering them off & on but again no luck
