Deleting pictures from recent picture folder

I have some medical pictures that I made a folder for. I thought this would remove them from recent picture folder. I need t know if this is possible. I don’t want people to scroll pictures of a bad deep sore. Is there a way that I can I get these pictures out of recents?

Sorry, but all photos in the library appear in the Recents view except those that are Hidden. (Pictures that are Hidden will appear ONLY in the special Hidden view.)
