Kernel Panic (4 times)

I'm desperate

I have been having reboot problems on my iMac when I edit in Premier Pro, but I uninstalled Adguard and NTFS for Mac and it seems to be better, but nothing, today editing happened to me again

I think I'm going to take it to a store to be looked at, because I'm afraid it could be a hardware problem. I uninstalled applications such as aguard or NTFS for mac and it seemed that the computer no longer restarted, nor did it give me to record while editing video in Premiere. But today it happened to me again after a few days. And I don't think I have two external monitors connected to the iMac, because one is at 1080p resolution and the other at 2k. I have them connected USB C to displayport.

I'll leave you here again the check.

Hi aparre,

This resource has steps that will help you check your software and hardware: If your Mac restarted because of a problem

If the issue continues, you may want to consider getting your Mac inspected at an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider. You can find stores here:  Choose Your Country or Region

Or, if you prefer, you can reach out to Apple Support directly so they can look into this with you further. They can be contacted here: Get Support or by calling the most applicable phone number from this list: Contact Apple for support and service.

Regards.

Hello colleague. Thank you for answering. I have noticed with the iStats Menu application, that the memory of the radeon pro vega 48, takes the 8gb very fast, with the 2 screens and premiere pro and a half Encoder running it.

When I turn off one of the monitors, the memory of grace is quite free. Therefore I have the doubt here if the graphic is damaged or lacks thermal paste, or that it really can't with 2 external monitors and hence the kernel error.

Another thing I did is that I have a Targus 4k Dock where I have plugged in the 2 monitors by HDMI. I don't know if it will be better for Display Port, but I still don't have those cables. At the moment with the monitors plugged in, there was no reboot, maybe being connected to this Dock is less work but the graphics continue to fill up on memory.

I am attaching photos of how the graphic is with everything turned on and then another one when I turn off one of the two external monitors. Let's see if this information I give you helps me. Thank you
