I have $50 on my Apple account just sitting there how can I put that towards my mobile app games?

I have $50 sitting on my Apple account. How can I use that towards my mobile app games, pacifically Skywarriors.
It’s been sitting there for five months maybe more when you say allow, how do I allow it? Please understand I am not computer savvy. I thank you very much for your help. I want to put it on my Skywarriors mobile app game.
How do I put my $50 that is on my Apple account towards my mobile app games. The $50 Apple account has been sitting there for over five months nothing is hitting it. It won’t even take the $.99 extra for data. I need my debit card for that And for buying things for my mobile app game what is the point of having $50 in an Apple account if nothing hits it and you can’t use it for anything I do not want any type of music. Want it’s for my mobile app game. How can $50 that is on my Apple account go towards my mobile game ? Does anybody in the whole world understand how these computers work? All I got is another question or all I got is answers that completely are unhelpful and make things more confusing. If you don’t know exactly what to do please do not respond. I ty all for your help. It’s supposed to be the default for Apple purchases or subscriptions but I have not seen it work yet. Note it does have to listed first in your wallet I believe. I’ll see if my apply tv new high price comes out of Apple account first at end of June. If not there really is no way, none, to get your money used or out, it’s not yours it’s a credit toward Apple Store purchases where l’m not a big buyer of apps and I thought they closed their store
