My apple music was working fine the day before, however now it gives me an unknown error code listed as -66685, my subscription is still very much active and all other music providers work. It will not play any song not even downloaded ones please help!

A few things to try:


Close the app and force restart:


Close an app on your iPad - Apple Support

Force restart iPhone – Apple Support (AU)


Delete or offload the app and download it again. (Offloading retains all documents and data.)
