Anyone knows the meaning of “ITP” “ITS” “FAE” after the apple product name? The country or region code? Thanks.

Where exactly are you seeing this?
Apple Product names, normally do not have anything after the actual name of the device. Just iPhone 15 Pro, or iPad Pro 3rd Generation.
If you are referring to the model / part number it normally has a region code in 1 or 2 letters before the slash.
for example for MU693LL/A LL is the region code for North America.
On the Invoice, yes, after the product name, you should get a 3 letter Region code.
What they stand for, is hard to say. For US purchases at least on my iPhone's invoice, it says USA after the iPhone name and specs.

For other countries, it would say something else, but no way to know exactly what it means.
FAE is probably Arab Emirates.
ITS and ITP, I do not know.
It should be at least related to the Product Number's region code in some way. If you provide that number, we may be able to at least guess what the codes after the product name mean more specifically.
ITP belongs to Singapore

It’s after the product name, not the model number.
I find it in the e-invoice of the product I purchased.
