my iCloud storage is full. Can't increase it because there is a notice saying my ITunes account has been disabled in the App Store and Itunes. How do i fix this?

ICloud storage and ITunes accounts have been disabled. May be due to a credit card replacement.

Accounts almost always get disabled because of problems with the payment method supplied, like incorrect bank account info, changed or canceled credit card, bad email, bad phone numbers, etc.


You should contact Apple Support which these forums are NOT. We are fellow users like yourself and have no access to your accounts.


If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
