iPhone 14 Bluetooth connectivity issue

Ever since I updated my iPhone 14 to 16.7.1 I have been having Bluetooth connectivity issues.

In order to connect to my wireless Sony headsets or my AirPods I must turn off and then turn on the Bluetooth switch.

I've tried resetting the network which didn't help.

Anyone have input regarding this issue?
