HomeKit camera not streaming

We have an Aqara Camera Hub G3 in our HomeKit-Home. The camera works fine when set up to allow streaming or streaming/record both in "home mode" and "away mode".


However, when we set it to turn to "off" when at home it no longer switches back on when we leave the house.


All firmware is updated. We have tried removing and adding the camera again. We have unplugged all HomePods. We also tried removing it from the Aqara app.
