How do I recover my Apple ID if don’t have access to the phone that was used to create it nor the number.

I have the email, because it’s my personal one, as well as the password for the account

Hi Alex1300,

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities. Since you have the email and the password, it sounds like the issue might be that you cannot receive the verification code. Right?

If you are signed in on any devices, you might be able to use them to generate a verification code. For instance, you can use the iPhone instructions below which are from Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication - Apple Support.

"From your iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch

If your device is online:

  1. Go to Settings > [your name].
  2. Tap Sign-In & Security > Two Factor Authentication.
  3. Tap Get Verification Code.

If your device is offline:

  1. Go to Settings > [your name].
  2. Tap Sign-In & Security.
  3. A message says "Account Details Unavailable." Tap Get Verification Code."

If you're not signed in on any devices, you might need to begin account recovery. In that case, the guidance from How to use account recovery when you can’t reset your Apple ID password - Apple Support can walk you through that process.

All the best.
