My iCloud account is disabled. How can I get this fixed?
I need help my iCloud It is disabled and I want you to open back I can't use it to be download and I don't know what to do please help me

The support article If a message says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support says you must contact Apple for help if you see that message or one saying "You cannot login because your account has been locked".
