Need help reactivation with my iTunes account and my App Store account

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes", you will need to contact Apple Support, as it is a problem in the account information that can only be resolved on Apple's end.

If your Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons, you will need to reset your password.

The support article If your Apple ID is locked or disabled outlines options you can take if your account is showing as locked or disabled.


If resetting your password does not help per that page, the link in the last section will take you to an option to request your account be reenabled. Failing that, contacting Apple would be the only option to move forward with this request.
