I signed for AppleCare however I did not provide a credit card how will you bill me?
I believe I signed up for Applecare Plus for my new Mac mini however they did not ask for a credit card how do you bill me?

we are not apple this is a user helping user forum
if it was me then I would add a method of payment to the appleID so they can charge you
If you need to change or update your Apple ID payment method - Apple Support
I would probably do it before the window of signing up for apple care+ expires
and maybe contact them and verify that it's active
