I am unable to use cellular data or make and recieve calls and messages. What I have to do?

I have issue with cellular data.

iPhone 7, iOS 15

Do your part: Let Apple know what is going on here. Provide them with feedback on this. They may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they received on this, the more they will know what is going on, and what needs to be fixed in updates to come.

  1. Go Here: Feedback - iPhone - Apple
  2. Comment: that this all began after installing an update, and how you have troubleshot this, thus far. Include the URL of this thread.
  3. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
  4. Proceed from there aw necessary

It could be the phone or a carrier issue.

The iPhone 7 had issues in the past with cellular connectivity. Apple was aware of it and for a while would fix the issue free of charge but that program has ended.

Take it to a Genius Bar and have it diagnosed. If they find nothing wrong with it, then contact your cellular carrier for help.


Make an appointment at the Genius Bar to have it diagnosed.
