My game center account won't connect on my pc.

I was downloading MGLauncher - war robots and I was trying to sign in to my war robots account and I did everything. No wi-fi problems, I typed in everything correctly (even did it a few more times). But as soon as it went to the ending page, it suddenly switched back to the log in page. I was confused about why it won't work. My account exists, but it won't let me log in to my game center. I am still trying to fix this issue and I will get back telling that it's okay. The device is not apple related, it's a windows 5 not my IPad.
