After reset my Apple TV 4K gets stuck in first setup menu with country selection list and not responding to any remote I got.
Is there any other chance to fix it or update the software? It doesn't have any ethernet or USB C port available.

If the Apple TV remote is not responding, follow the guide at If your Siri Remote or Apple TV Remote isn't working:
"If your remote isn't working as expected, learn what to do.
Try these steps first
then if still not responding:
and the Volume Down button 
at the same time. Hold the buttons down for about 5 seconds, or until the status light on your Apple TV turns off and on again. You may also need to use these steps to pair the remote if that connection was lost:
"If your remote still isn't working as expected, try pairing your remote to your Apple TV again.
(or Menu) and Volume Up 
for five seconds.Failing all of those, use the directions in the reply above to contact Apple directly to investigate further.

My Apple TV cannot be controlled from remote anymore and is nmot reacting to repairing any remote. So I cannot select nothin while bing stuck in basic setup.

Already did all this. Apple TV stays in basic setup menu in country selection list and do not accept any remote to be paired at this stage.

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities! Since your Apple TV seems to be stuck during setup, follow the guidance below from the article Set up your Apple TV to get your device working again:
"If your Apple TV stops responding during setup, unplug your Apple TV from power, then plug it back in.
If you can't get past a screen during setup, try connecting your Apple TV to a different Wi-Fi network, like a personal hotspot from your phone. After setup is complete, go to Settings on your Apple TV and connect to your home Wi-Fi network."
If the behavior continues, contact Apple Support.
