The only thing verified by Apple is the ZIP code. Typing in any address in lines 1 or 2, or even any city and state makes no difference. AMEX works fine, VISA gets: "Your credit card was declined." message. Bank doesn't know what to do about it. I've been in contact with an iTunes support supervisor, but she also cannot identify the problem.
