Menu Bar on iMac 27 turns red

I have a iMac 2020 27" and after updated to Sonoma my menu bar turns red at times. This happens more with Adobe apps but sometime while on Safari. I first thought that maybe it was a memory problem but I have 32 GB on the RAM. I am hoping that someone can help me out.

iMac 27″, macOS 14.0

Here is a screen shot when the menu bar turned red. I had Lightroom opened and clicked on a photo and then clicked on the Develop tab. It was at that point when the menu bar turned from gray to red. When the it's red there does not seem to be a slow down in using Lightroom. When I click on the Red area of the menu bar it goes back to gray. I don't know if the red is a warning sign or why it even appears.

Thanks for the details—

It is not a warning of any sort, but a glitch...

My wife also has has an iMac 5K, 27 inch 2020 16 GB. This same problem started after updating Adobe Creative Cloud to 6.1.0.587 when opening a pdf but it is an intermittent issue. Her system has the current OS Mac OS Sanoma 14.3.1 and her system came with AMD Radeon Pro 5300 with 4 GB of memory. She doesn't use Safari or Lightroom so I don't have any details as far as they go. Her situation would point to a software bug given I updated her OS after she updated Adobe and discovered the issue.

I am having the same issue:

Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2019
Radeon Pro 580X 8 GB
128 GB 2667 MHz DDR4

Would also like to confirm if anyone is having Tooltips popup with names of mounted drives and folders?

These are popping up with black backgrounds over areas of the screen where input fields or buttons are located. Safari is a culprit but so are other applications that have input fields.

To rule out one app... is anyone with this issue also using GeekTool by any chance?
