Question

This apple id is not valid or supported

Yesterday my mobile gave a notification of security updates as i clicked on it a menu appeared for password I entered the password and new message popped this apple ID is not valid or supported I restored my iphone and know its stucked on owner lock and if go to sign in i put the details and it says this apple ID is not valid or supported as the mobile is using the same apple ID with which am trying to sign in I can’t access it on web or on mobile

Hi there AbrahamGhaffar,

If the Apple ID has been deleted, there isn't a way to regain access to the device.

After your account is deleted, you can't sign out of iCloud or turn off Find My iPhone Activation Lock on your devices. If you forget to sign out, you might not be able to use your device when your account is deleted.

There's nothing Apple can do for you moving forward and there's no way to remove Activation Lock at this point.

Did you actually create the Apple ID yourself?

If you got a little card with an ID and password and details like birthdate, etc. by someone when you bought the phone or otherwise, that ID was created illegally.

Apple kills those accounts when they find them.

Thanks keisha for your reply,

I have talked with several apple advisors all I got is that my ID has been deleted I can’t get the access of my account anymore in order to remove onwer lock from my device is to arrange the bill as being in Pakistan there’s no Apple Stores available here its always the third party where we get apple devices. If there’s anyway to remove the lock is to recover my ID and I don’t know how can to do that.
