Will Belkin BoostCharge Pro Dual USB-C GaN Wall Charger with PPS 65W reduce battery capacity of Apple watch Ultra 2 faster than normal

I have the Belkin BoostCharge Pro Dual USB-C GaN Wall Charger with PPS 65W and wondering if it is safe to use it to charge apple watch ultra 2.

This is the power spec on their website.

Single use

  • USB-C PD 3.0 - Up to 65W (5V / 3A, 15V / 3A, and 20V / 3.25A)
  • PPS - Up to 65W (3.3V to 11V / 3A and 3.3V to 21V to 3.25A)

Dual use

  • USB-C PD 3.0 - Up to 45W on the top port (5V / 3A, 9V / 3A, and 15V / 3A)

- Up to 20W on the bottom port (5V / 3A and 9V / 2.22A)

  • PPS - Up to 45W on the top port (3V to 5.9V / 3A, 3.3V to 11V / 3A, and 3.3V to 16V / 2.81A)

- Up to 20W on the bottom port (3.3V to 11V / 3A)

Is the current and voltage level safe for Apple watch ultra 2 battery?
