List members: When I screenshare using a full screen the top of my cursor changes to a cloverleaf shape. This cloverleaf won't select anything on the shared page. I'm on a silicon iMac running Sonoma 14.0. I've tried four different browsers. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions. - Mark

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Sounds like you might be in Observe Mode, which doesn't give you the access to control the pointer. You must request Control Mode to be able to control the shared screen: Share the screen of another Mac - Apple Support
* Switch to Observe Mode or Request Control Mode: In Observe mode, you can watch what’s happening on the shared screen, but you can’t control the pointer, move windows, open and close documents, or do other tasks. If you’re observing OS X 10.9 or later, you can click and hold to highlight the screen at your pointer. In Control Mode, you control the shared screen.
