Can receive emails but not send on PC attached to icloud account

I have created an app-specific password that allows me to receive but not send emails from Outlook on my W10 PC.

iCloud emails not sending Yesterday my iCloud emails stopped sending. They are showing in my sent items but the recipient does not receive. I have tried sending to various recipients from iPhone Mac mail outlook for Mac and the iCloud web app, all show as sent but are not received. I seem to be receiving iCloud emails ok. Any suggestions how to unblock?
