my iphone 12 say no cellular module detected according to my diagnostic

i have an iphone 12 that just stop working, no service no sos contacted our service provider and it was active contacted apple and apple did a diagnostic, where apparently there was no cellular module directed. whatever that mean i was told to contact my service provider. i did again we attempted to active an e sim with no luck it continuously is searching for service someone please help

I see you use an eSIM: It resolved the issue for me to try it with a physical SIM instead.


After contacting my carrier, they had me try it with the physical SIM instead—if you don't have one, order one from your carrier. Though Apple had said it was a hardware issue, my carrier concluded it was the eSIM (embedded SIM) in the phone that had broken. Unfortunately, I must keep it on the physical SIM, but this solution restored service to me and helped me avoid a pricey repair.
