iCloud on PC not logging in

I'm trying to log in into iCloud on my PC (W10, all updates) and is giving me this message. (An error has occured, try again later, in English).



Also when I try to access iCloud on any browser it a blank page, I've tried on Chrome, Opera, Edge and Brave.
