HELLO,
I have a work group chat, in which I receive everyone text messages and I can see what everyone sends besides one person, I never see one persons messages in the group, when we text separately I can text her alone so I know she isn’t blocked but when it’s in a group chat none of her Imessages pop up for me, I don’t know how to fix it

To help isolate the issue, test after deleting the group message thread. If the issue persists after that, then reach out to your carrier for assistance, as group SMS/MMS messages route through your carrier and not Apple. Check out those suggestions in the following article:

If you have other issues with a group message, you might need to delete the conversation and start a new one. To delete a group message:
1. Open Messages and find the conversation that you want to delete.
2. Swipe left over the conversation.
3. Tap Delete.
In iOS 16, iPadOS 16.1, and later, you can recover a message if you deleted it within the last 30 to 40 days.
Contact your carrier if you still can't receive SMS messages

We would like to see how we can help you with your group messages not working as expected. Which iOS version are you currently running? Go to Settings > General > About for the version. When you're sending these messages, do they have blue text boxes or green? Group iMessages are handled a little differently than group SMS, which may not allow everyone else in the group to see the responses. Are they seeing your responses?

my phone is on ios 16, and for your other questions yes, when I send a message on the group it is green, but i know the person who messages I don’t see has an iphone, I don’t know if that matters
and also I believe that they do see my messages on the group, I just don’t see theirs
