Why am I getting constant pop up asking for password. new password but still pop up

Why am I getting a constant pop up requesting password using I cloud? I changed password but it still continues to pop up.

Windows, Windows 10

If this is happening on your Windows PC, try restarting your computer if you haven't done so. Also, you may want to sign into the Apple ID website to ensure your account and password is working properly. Beyond that, make sure you have the latest version of Windows.
