If you are having issues sending and receiving emails on a specific account in the Mail app on your Mac, these steps from If you can’t send or receive email on your Mac (that you've already looked over) can help resolve this issue:

Remove your email account, then add it back
If no other solutions work, follow these steps:
1. Remove your email account in Mail.
2. Add your email account in Mail again. When adding the account, make sure that you choose the correct email service provider for your email address.
3. Try to send and receive email.
