app store is not working - iphone13 pro max

when i try to open app store its showing message can not connect. All other app are working fine like youtube etc proving it has internet connection. then tried to logout from app store but login is not working now.

Please help I cant update apps or install new apps.

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 16

Start here, check the network connection:

You need to have a good Service and/or Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Charge the battery > 70%.


If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services

If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support

👉 If you tried all of the above steps and you still can’t connect, contact Apple Support.
