How do I retrieve phone number I deleted and blocked
I have deleted and blocked a phone number that I want to unblock and undelete, how can I do that I don’t have a computer

if you have a backup from before Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support
you can restore that, otherwise I would say it's gone
